AI is easy to demo. Hard to implement well. I help teams turn Claude and agents into real architecture: workflows, boundaries, path to ship. Here: AI product judgment. What works, what fails, why. Building with Claude or agents? Reply or DM. I run short Build Sprints.

Voice AI is moving from transcription to workflow input. The useful benchmark is not only word error rate. It is whether names, order IDs, speakers, timestamps, custom terms, and follow-up actions survive messy real calls. That is where ROI appears.

Coding agents should not be evaluated only by model name. Look at the harness: requirements, tools, tests, approval points, observability, and cost per successful task. The workflow around the model is becoming the product. Procurement should notice.

Running consulting and a product at the same time is teaching me one big lesson: In products - spend after proof. In services - invest before proof.

Before an agent pilot goes live, write down: - allowed tools - network boundary - credential rules - monitor signals - stop condition - incident owner The eval is not just the task. It is the environment around the task.

AI can cheaply produce plausible analyses from one dataset. That is a governance problem, not just a productivity win. For important decisions, require the prompt, model, analytic path, and outcome range. Audit the distribution, not the prettiest answer.
21
AI-generated code needs deterministic guardrails. LLMs are useful for explanation and remediation, but they should not be the only security scanner. Secrets, vulnerable dependencies, unsafe patterns, and policy violations need rule-based checks before code ships.
34
Agent skills should be treated like production dependencies. Each needs an owner, purpose, permission review, source check, and removal decision. The risk is not only malicious code. It is stale instructions, context bloat, and permissions nobody remembers approving.

The cheapest AI model isn't the one with the lowest token price. It's the one that completes the business task reliably—with fewer retries, less supervision, and less correction. Measure cost per successful outcome, not cost per million tokens.

AI is easy to demonstrate—and difficult to implement well. I help business leaders turn AI into practical workflows, agents, and measurable outcomes. Here I share AI developments, implementation lessons, and honest notes on what works, what fails, and why. @KaizenRise_io

Am I really that unimportant, @IndiaHaier ? It's been over a year, and I'm still waiting for a solution. Even @cromaretail says everything depends on your approval. Your service representative has blocked my number, and the way I was spoken to has left me emotionally shattered.

I released my first product. ▎ KaizenShots reads your photo the way an editor would. A score out of ten, what's working, what's breaking it, and the one change that lifts it. kaizenshots.ai/?utm_source=t…

When someone else funds your runway, a wrong build costs runway you already banked. When you fund a product with consulting, it costs twice: an hour not shipping, and an hour not billed. So fast has to mean learn before you build. Same word, different math.

Everyone is squeezing Fable dry before the 7th. Shipped the 2 hardest features I'd parked for Phase 2 of KaizenShotsAI, and built KaizenOS, my agentic build harness for solo founders. It didn't make the hard things easy. Made them possible in a weekend. What did you build?

Every CXO I meet "we're exploring AI." Matt nails why that's not enough anymore. The gap between exploring and implementing is where careers and companies get left behind. If you run a $5M+ business and haven't embedded AI into your operations yet, this is your 10-minute warning.

Sam Altman gave a 1-hour masterclass on turning ideas into billion-dollar companies. This is the exact playbook everyone at YC companies uses. No excuses anymore.
