I review for a lot of conferences as PC/reviewer and SPC/editor, and it's surprising how few reviewers and editors actually understand the process.
An editor should *lead* the discussion, not just observe it. They should *not* simply ask the reviewers to read each others' reviews. *They* should read the reviews, draft the meta-review, then ask the reviewers to comment on it. I wrote a thread on this: xitter.cf/usabart/status/1569303…

My version of red-pilling is when I teach people the Boston Tea Party was triggered by England *LOWERING* the tea tax, and the Sons of Liberty were the wealthiest Boston businessmen who made their money smuggling and didn't want the competition.
