नकल माफिया किसी भी आतंक से कम नहीं है। लेकिन सवाल यह है कि क्या पेपर लीक और नकल की समस्या आज ही शुरू हुई है? नहीं।
अपने आसपास, मोहल्लों, शहरों और रिश्तेदारों में ऐसे कितने ही माता-पिता मिल जाएंगे जिन्होंने अपने बच्चों को पास कराने या टॉप कराने के लिए पैसे के दम पर नकल कराई।
अगर कोई भी राजनीतिक दल वास्तव में शिक्षा व्यवस्था में सुधार करना चाहता है तो उसे केवल पेपर लीक पर कार्रवाई करके नहीं रुकना चाहिए। समस्या की जड़ तक पहुँचना होगा
नकल माफिया, पेपर लीक कराने वाले, नकल कराने में शामिल अधिकारी, दलाल और जानबूझकर अपने बच्चों को नकल कराने वाले अभिभावकों
जब योग्यता की जगह जुगाड़ और भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ावा मिलता है, तो उसका नुकसान केवल ईमानदार विद्यार्थियों को नहीं, बल्कि पूरे समाज और व्यवस्था को भुगतना पड़ता है। शिक्षा और भर्ती प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता और ईमानदारी ही किसी भी देश की मजबूत नींव है।
दुख की बात यह है कि ऐसे कई लोग आज सरकारी नौकरियों में हैं, लाखों रुपये वेतन पा रहे हैं, लेकिन अपने काम का बुनियादी ज्ञान तक नहीं रखते।

Office place is a congruence of people coming together to work, learn and grow. COVID simply made people think that office is a obligation. Reality seems to be catching up for leaders, large and small.
Salesforce is finding out that Work-From-Home does not work well for new employees getting culturally integrated. We had returned to offices exactly for this reason back in March.
Offices matter and we need them in rural areas, not just big cities.
