New York City health officials confirm that 22 babies were born in the city between 8:46 and 10:28 AM on Tuesday.
150 babies were born in New York on September 11 overall. One woman who ran out of Manhattan with the dust clouds following her was so shocked by the events that she gave birth a couple hours later.
Her name is Janet Kask; she has named her son Aidan.
