Hundreds of Palestinians attended a funeral in Gaza City on Sunday for 75 people, including women and children, whose remains were recovered from homes destroyed by Israeli forces during the early months of Israel’s genocidal war on Palestine’s Gaza.
The procession began outside Daraj Sports Club before the remains were buried at Sheikh Radwan Cemetery. Wrapped in Palestinian flags, they had been laid out the previous evening so relatives could bid farewell

Palestinian-American farmer Haitham Nawabit, 47, suffered severe head injuries requiring approximately 200 stitches after Israeli settlers brutally assaulted him while he was harvesting olives in Burqa, northeast of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
Nawabit said that around 50 settlers attacked Palestinian farmers with stones and clubs, knocking him unconscious.
When he briefly regained consciousness, he found five settlers repeatedly beating him with sticks before he passed out again. The assault left him with multiple injuries to his head, hands, legs and back.
