.@RSI has the number of the "PRO CODES" bill and it's ZERO. Not only is there no reason to hand municipal code groups a monopoly on material that belongs to the public, but many NOT to. The bill shouldn't pass this - or any other - Congress. Thanks, R St.! xitter.cf/RSI/status/18672359629…
