Keep displaying the image and running the rule.

If black and has 2 or 3 neighbours leave black otherwise make white. If white and has 3 black neighbours make black.

For each run apply the following rule to each pixel:

Start off with a WritableBitmap 100 * 100 randomly seeded with black and white pixels.

The starting point is System.Windows.Media.Imaging.WriteableBitmap a simple editable image within silverlight.
