Questions about Unity Industry Runtime Fee

Not much news from unity eh? Today started one new project, had to pick unity webgl/gpu or something else.. and picked Playcanvas, since cannot risk having any additional fees.

well they kind of did : D 4% runtime fee for external customer builds AND huge prepaid fees (even if someone looks at the application, its counted as user)
