ALT YDSA Statement on Starbucks Strike Even after three years, 525 union shops, and 11,000+ union barista's Starbucks still chooses to union bust. We, the Young Democratic Socialists of America, forever stand with the workers. You can show your support by donating to a SBWU strike fund, visiting a picket-line, and not shopping at Starbucks until union barista's return to work. If Starbucks doesn't meet the demands of SBWU barista's then YDSA intends to relaunch the Starbucks Off College Campuses Campaign. We have the infrastructure, we have the chapters, we have the people, and most importantly we have the experience. No contract, no coffee.
