She didn’t wait for someone to rescue her. She grabbed the blaster herself.

Why cheat on someone you really don’t wanna lose 🫠🫠
The first time you do something wrong, it feels difficult. Your conscience bothers you, and you may lose sleep over it. The second time becomes easier. By the tenth time, you may not even feel guilty anymore.
That’s how it works. The boundary hasn’t changed. You have.
Every time you ignore what you know is wrong, it becomes easier to do it again. That’s why the first time matters most. It’s easier to protect your values before you get used to breaking them.

the most dangerous person in a laboratory might not be the scientist who lacks intelligence. it might be the one whose intelligence has convinced him that every idea he can develop deserves to exist.
snl’s “genetics lab” turns scientific ambition into a collision with commercial judgment. the scientists approach their creation with the confidence of people who believe technical ingenuity should be enough to impress potential investors. but an invention doesn’t become valuable simply because its creators have worked out how to make it.
that’s where the comedy finds its sharper edge: the distance between being able to create something and being able to justify its existence.

This is how women are when they’re resentful! Men, don’t get married to modern western women.
Charlie Day’s detective keeps insisting he doesn’t own a TV and has never heard of Seinfeld, baseball, or World War II, but then he bursts through the door doing Kramer and starts talking about a soup Nazi.
Jason Sudeikis is just standing there losing his mind while this guy claims “bottom of the ninth” and “grand slam” is cop talk. The selective amnesia is so committed that when George Costanza finally shows up with a knife, the detective still acts like none of it is familiar, until the CSI: Miami sunglasses and music kick in and he admits he watches that one on iTunes.
The bit works because Day never winks; he just keeps escalating the ignorance while the Seinfeld apartment and the references keep betraying him. Sudeikis’s pure frustration is the real engine.
a woman was asked to combine two ketchup bottles, and somehow the condiments developed a more complicated relationship than most people have with their actual partners. there was a wedding, a crisis of identity and enough emotional baggage to require its own luggage carousel. all she had to do was save the restaurant a few cents on ketchup. love is expensive. apparently, so is tomato sauce.
the way this starts like a wholesome story about visiting your best friend, then suddenly turns into a murder investigation, is exactly why i love sketches that commit to a ridiculous premise.
the “crossword killer” reveal takes the whole thing somewhere completely different. one minute you're in a cozy house, the next it feels like a true-crime special.
the funniest part of a twist like this is how seriously everyone treats something so absurd. 😭
there are few things more alarming than a man insisting he's perfectly normal while an entire room quietly assembles evidence to the contrary. coach bert walks into a scandal investigation and somehow makes his own defence sound like an audition for a documentary nobody wants to narrate. the head coach is desperate to protect the university, the reporters want answers, and bert appears to be one awkward sentence away from making everyone request a second investigation. the funniest part is that the evidence doesn't reveal the monstrous villain everyone fears. it reveals a deeply strange man with a superhero fantasy and the social instincts of a smoke alarm going off in an empty building.
