All WL spots will remain in a future mint.

After weeks of discussions with our partners, we decided to wait to start again with web3. We will launch our app first, build a web2 customer base, and then return to web3 later. All early supporters will receive their promised avatar as an airdrop.

After our technical mint error, we are still in consultation with our investors and partners. We will need until next week to announce our new strategy. Please understand that as a web2 hybrid company, these conversations don't happen that quickly. Sorry for this inconvenience.

We know this should not have happened. To ensure that everything is bullet-proof, we instructed a second end-to-end audit to ensure scalability, integrity and security.

Unfortunately, many allowlist (1st phase) entries were saved as lowercase-only addresses and couldn’t be accessed via our API. We’d like to apologize again to everyone who supported us and was about to mint.

Formatting addresses like this prevents typos that can lead to loss of funds. Therefore, most wallet providers (including MetaMask) reveal your Ethereum account as a checksummed address once you connect to dApps.

In the first 20 min, the traffic spiked unexpectedly, causing the auto-scaler to lag behind for new requests in that time. Most entries in our waitlist (2nd mint phase) were checksummed addresses. This means they consist of upper- and lowercase letters.

At 23:48 UTC, or 1h 48min after the mint started, we closed ahead of schedule to avoid further disquiet and transferred back all funds received. What the investigations revealed: We had ~1300 connected wallets during the planned time window of the mint.

At the same time, without being informed yet, one of our team members started issuing the planned and previously announced airdrops to supporters. Because the mint page problem persisted, we reached out and stopped this at once.

We are deeply sorry for everything that went wrong over the past 24h. Just a few minutes after our mint started, many of you informed us that they were not allow-listed, although they did win a spot. We immediately began investigating but could not instantly isolate the cause.

We are still working to fix the problem.

We definitely got technical issues. We had over 149 tickets like this. Again, we apologize.

We also refunded all the ETH to the people who successfully minted.

We apologize to everybody. We still have technical issues with our minting page and have closed it now.
