Josh Josh, a pure-blooded Papuan from Timika. I met Joshua while we were both pursuing our degrees in Musical Arts. His unique appearance among the other students inspired me to immortalize our friendship on celluloid. Joshua's family migrated from Papua to Bandung, West Java, many years ago, but his heart remains with the people of Papua. He is passionate about raising awareness of the province's rich resources and its need greater development. I believe that "Gone. Not Forgotten" is fitting for Joshua's character. He has a fierce exterior, but he also gentle. He really passionate advocacy for Papua and his deep affection for its people. This image was taken with a Nikon FM2N Honeycomb. I used Kodak Tri-X 400 film at 3200 ISO. The film was developed in Kodak D-76 for 11 minutes and fixed for 6 minutes. Scanned using an EPSON v600 scanner at default settings.
