How could anyone tell? Genuinely. The average wait time for a GP appointment around here is 6 weeks. #envyoftheworld

Genuinely at a loss to understand how this managed to get published on the pro-trans BBC (occasionally) News website. I can only assume that someone took advantage of today's IT issues to bypass normal editorial channels and a witch-hunt is under way

Disappointed to note that several of my laughably small number of followers also follow a US account that describes Jewish people as "demons". If you're the kind of simpleton that believes in "demons" or consider it worthwhile to follow someone that does, feel free to fuck off.
I'd be willing to bet serious money that Sir Keith has the lowest IQ cabinet ever appointed. It's like agitating their critics is more important to them than employing competent people who might actually benefit the naïve people that voted for them. Not an encouraging start.
Labour received fewer votes tonight in Sunderland Central than in any previous vote in that constituency.
Sturgeon blaming the SNP's failure on not making independence the key issue. Scottish voters looked at the dystopian policies the SNP has aggressively pursued in recent years and said "If this is what an independent Scotland would look like, fuck that". Clueless.
Labour's vote in Houghton and Sunderland South tonight is worse in terms of votes received AND percentage of the vote than in three of the four previous elections since that constituency was created. The only exception was the 2019 vote which was a disaster for Labour. Mandate?
I appreciate that the BBC News website has dumbed down a lot and is no longer about news, becoming more a weird magazine site, but despite recent nonsense such as "What is inflation?" and "What is income tax?", "What is feeling cold?" is plumbing incredible depths.

1/13 My fixed-term mortgage comes up for renewal at the end of January. No doubt I’ll be royally clobbered by the eye-watering interest rate. I’ll have to tighten my belt of course, but it’s not the end of the world. One thing occurs to me, though:
Hahahaha. Never in doubt.

I see Sepp Blatter has decided, with the benefit of hindsight, that awarding Qatar the world cap was a mistake. If only someone could have seen that it was a nonsensical decision clearly solely down to corruption at the time 🙄
