Matt made a really funny point about managing chads and autists "At some point the autists will just freak out over something and throw a huge tantrum. Like how Elon flipped out and called Trump a pedophile for a week. Normally, the chad would just crush someone who does this to him. But when its an autist, you have to hold them back. Because the autist will come around. They'll throw their tantrum and embarrass everyone, but they do genuinely want to solve the problem so they always come back in the end. It's not like normal people where they have too much shame to go back after the breakdown - the autist cares much more about solving problems than about managing their own reputation."
