@AaronGoodman33 Why not including ERCC6L2 disease in this list? Causes BMF-> TP53-mutated MDS/AML (erythroid/M6). We have got information already on nearly 90 patients globally in a very short time! See also a stellar edtiorial @marrowgenes

Excellent review on Shwachman-Diamond syndrome that manifests as neutropenia (BM failure), exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, skeletal abnormalities, and, in 10-30% of cases, myeloid neoplasms. Caused by mutations in SBDS, DNAJC21, EFL1, or SRP54 genes.
