I was asked if the reason that our culture is built on trust, autonomy, and compassion, is cus I’m a woman. @eggsdesign have 50% male/female leaders. Some of my inspos are men like @coachgoldsmith & @simonsinek. Courage to lead with your heart is more important than gender.
