Great talk by @abishak talking about his work with @gepasi on stochastic simulations of biochemical networks. Led us to some wonderful discussions about why building computational models is important and how one goes about finding data for parametrization!

We use a comparative omics approach to identify novel links between iron and fatty acid synthesis in ovarian cancer. Presented this work @AACR annual meeting in Chicago - and am now happy to see it in print! #TCGA #AACR2018
