Had a great time so far at #BELMAS2018 - made even better by the fantastic England win. Taking away both some new ideas and a great deal of energy to focus on our discipline.
#BELMAS2018 you can't seperate leadership development from the contexts and tasks in which leadership happens. Must adopt integrated approaches!
