Last Saturday was a beautiful reminder that sometimes, all it takes to change someone’s perspective is the right knowledge. ❤️
I had the opportunity to teach and introduce students to the world of Web3 at Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State, during the DDOKO event hosted by @Barkmediafrica
I spoke about the basics of Web3, how it works, the opportunities it offers, and why young people need to start paying attention to this growing space.
One thing I believe is that you cannot take advantage of an opportunity you know nothing about. Before people can explore the possibilities Web3 offers, they need to understand what it is first.
That is why education and onboarding matter. We need more conversations, more learning opportunities, and more people willing to share what they know.
For me, it was not just about standing in front of people to teach. It was about sharing knowledge that could open someone’s mind to a new world of possibilities.
I’m grateful to Bark Media Africa for being part of this initiative and to everyone who showed up, listened, and participated.
The future belongs to those who are willing to learn, unlearn, and adapt. And sometimes, changing the future begins with teaching someone something new.

This woman in my compound told me months ago that using AI is evil.
She said that uploading your picture to AI is like giving your soul to the devil.
I thought she was joking.
Last Friday, she asked me to edit her picture so she could send it to her pastor for official use.
I used AI to edit the picture. She was happy and said it was beautiful.
I told her that I had used AI to edit it.
She screamed and asked me to delete it from the AI immediately.
This woman called her pastor on the phone, and he told her to come for deliverance immediately.

One trend I’ve been paying closer attention to lately is how the line between crypto and traditional finance keeps getting thinner.
The fact that bStocks reached $1B in AUM just four months after launch isn’t interesting only because of the number. To me, it shows there’s real demand for accessing traditional market exposure through crypto-native infrastructure.
What really caught my attention is the way people are using it. Users have already moved more than $6B between bStocks and direct stocks through 1:1 conversions with no conversion fees.
That tells me this isn’t just something people buy and forget, it’s something they’re actively moving between depending on how they want to manage their positions.
Another statistic I found fascinating is that only 42% of bStocks trading happened during regular U.S. market hours. The majority took place before the open, after the close, overnight, or even on weekends.
Markets may close, but news doesn’t, and investors clearly want the flexibility to react when events happen.
That said, it’s still very early. Only 0.0025% of the global stock market is on-chain today. If tokenized securities continue gaining adoption, this could be one of the biggest long-term shifts in how investors access traditional markets.
For eligible users, bStocks is definitely a development worth keeping on the radar.
