I don’t remember when I last shared our work at @udayfoundation, but it is so beautiful and fulfilling to see how we take patients to the hospital and bring them back safely. 🤍

A small update 🙏 My book on Hanuman ji & Neem Karoli Baba to be published by @Rupa_Books It took me nearly 10 years to write this book, and I’m deeply grateful that this long journey has finally reached this moment. Ram Ram 🙏

Ignore the noise inside that keeps repeating old fears; it is not your true voice. Depression, anxiety, and self-doubt are passing weather, not your sky.
