There’s a lot of misinformation floating around about what is an attorney and what is a lawyer. So I will set the record straight
Lawyer - includes anyone who has been enrolled in an accredited law school
Attorney - someone who has passed the bar but isn’t yet licensed
Hence, a lawyer need not have passed or even taken the bar. This makes Press Secretary Zacchaeus a qualified lawyer
And before some random clown starts questioning me, know I’m a licensed notary public, so I literally make the law.
It’s a welcome development but there’s no way California will do the sensible thing and comply with this
California banned fracking to reduce emissions. Yet a judge cited the state’s own finding that the ban would increase net global greenhouse gas emissions by driving up oil imports.
An outbreak of commonsense in California! We hope it spreads—for the sake of California and America.

How can Nico be this bad? He’s not being asked to carry the team and UCLA is good enough where he doesn’t have to carry it. But he’s making terrible decisions and is hurting the team

Israeli hero aboard nearly-hijacked FlyDubai flight FZ 1073: Yaniv Hayoun
Hayoun has no background in security. But when he realized there was an attempted hijacking, he knew he had to do something.
He ran to the cockpit and physically fought with the co-pilot, who had stabbed the pilot and was attempting to crash the plane. Hayoun put the co-pilot in a chokehold and dragged. him out of the cockpit. Others came over to help restrain him.
Hayoun then went back into the cockpit and pulled back on the yoke to pull the plane out of its nosedive. The plane had dropped 17,000+ feet in under two minutes.
An off-duty pilot then entered the cockpit and took over the controls, and Haroun went back out to help guard the co-pilot.
