I have nothing to do with this incredible moment - other than being in the background on the scorers table with @catspbp - 40 more minutes!
It’s been going on for years. Coach Ros and I would sneak in a “needle” from an air pump and deflate the balls at open practice. I guess we were deflategate before Tom Brady.
Thrilled to be the guest on Wildcat Country’s 300th episode. Take a listen!

An absolute honor to speak about Coach Ros and his impact on the people he has been around. A true Hall of Fame Human Being.
Jim Rosborough’s halftime retirement ceremony at Pima with coach Todd Holthaus and Ryan Hansen speaking in Rosborough’s honor before the venerable coach took the mic and spoke to the crowd as he would his players about sticking out the hand in shooting motion and saying, “Swish.” He even got Tommy Lloyd and Jack Murphy to do it.

Shoot 39% & still win by 23. How? In the final 22:36, outscore SDSU 48-18. Hold the Aztecs to 7-33 (21%) in that stretch. Also, +24 on the glass.
Huge W over the team up North! Treydan Stukes & Dalton Johnson made 2 incredible plays in the 2nd half - INT & punch out. Add to list of memorable plays in this game:
Joe Drake 2 safeties ‘82
James Debow goal line stand ‘86
Chuck Cecil pick 6 ‘86
Bobby Roland game save INT ‘90
38 years my hitting instructor- who was a scout for the Chicago Cubs - gave me the nickname Ryno after this incredible 2nd baseman. The name stuck with me to this day. RIP 🦏
Houston holds Duke to 2 FG’s in last 13 minutes. Both made by Flagg. Houston outrebounded the tallest team in the nation by 11. Duke’s 7-2 Maluach did not register a rebound in 21 minutes of action. Houston is rugged and tough. #Big12
