@SuddenlinkHelp Any sort of updates y’all can provide for the outages in Liberty Hill. Was in contact via live chat & it was absolutely zero help. WiFi is required for our jobs and we’d like an estimation when service will continue. Other providers not too far from us still work.

I'm a new homeowner too as of September with the same concerns. I know some of my pipes are frozen, others haven't. There will be both large-scale water main breaks and in-home pipe bursts all across the city. Gotta be prepared for both and hope for neither at this point
