TxPipe highlights Demeter, managed RPC endpoints for Cardano dApps
The idea is simple: building a Cardano dApp shouldn't require babysitting infrastructure. Demeter provides managed RPC endpoints that scale with traffic, charge per request, and cost nothing while idle, running the same open-source APIs developers would otherwise self-host.
This lowers the operational barrier for #Cardano builders, letting teams ship dApps without standing up and maintaining their own node and indexer stack.

We've been working hard on supporting more of the Blockfrost API surface. Shoutout to the @blockfrost_io team, who have been contributing these endpoints directly to the Dolos codebase.
