A real estate agency called Purple bricks did set up as competition with their flat rate fees rather than % commission. They collapsed around 2019. I think they were from Britain.

He lowered his % for us, which is how it’s calculated, so it could have been more! Also solicitor’s fees and probate fees, which were around $20k. Not to mention the $100k the buyer had to lay out for stamp duty. There’s plenty making plenty from high house prices.

It’s what you have to pay to have your property listed on those sites. My mum’s original family home was sold last November and the total advertising bill was $10,500 which included the signage out front. The agent got $40+k for a 3 week campaign.

Have now picked up my availabile scripts and the chemist has issued one pending script issue and given me a letter for the doctor that he has done so. A workaround I am grateful for. I’m advised that as scripts are filled doctors aren’t notified, why? 🤨 #auspol @Mark_Butler_MP

I’m a #BulkBilled patient with my GP. And today one of my scripts has run out and needs renewing. I have seen these doctors three times in three weeks, one appointment was 2 minutes long, and a waste of my time. Rebooked again. Somehow the doctors didn’t notice scripts to renew!

Note my first mention of the possible skin cancer on my arms was months ago. I see two doctors at this clinic. One is a skin care specialist the other does my women’s health stuff. I have seen them both about this. One says not my area. The other doesn’t allow enough time.
