Not likely or very rare! Especially in North India, where gym culture often coexists with caste pride, hypermasculinity and an ideological attachment to social hierarchies. When masculinity is built around dominance rather than solidarity, it rarely translates into collective resistance against oppression. You may see exceptions in Maharashtra and the South, where anti-caste and social justice movements have deeper political roots since 14th century, but they’d would remain rare in the North. Of course there are a good exceptions like Nakul Dhull (Haryana) or Deepak Kumar(Uttarakhand), who have recently demonstrated good example of breaking away from their privilege and highlight how they have the political consciousness to stand with people outside their own caste and ideological identity.
