Programming 101 - Lesson 3 Equipment dictates programming. ( please don’t comment if you only train yourself) Traffic flow is key. Pick your “ rack exercise” for the day. Decide what other exercise to pair the “rack exercise” with ( hint- you better not need the rack)

My freshman year at Baylor I was MISERABLE because i went from avg 30ppg in high school to playing 5 minutes a game at Baylor. My mom took upon herself to go talk to Coach Mulkey behind my back... lol here’s how that went.

The difference between TB and other greats like Serena Williams, Lebron, Jordan, Tiger, and Ali is that there is whole aspect of the game that TB has nothing to do with. All of the other greats mentioned have direct impact on both sides of the game.

Excuse me as I kiss the sky.
I’m beyond thrilled that my friend @JoeBiden and our first Black and Indian-American woman Vice President, @KamalaHarris, are headed to restore some dignity, competence, and heart at the White House. Our country sorely needs it.
