One week later and no response from @Transamerica. These policies are a sham. Don’t buy one! They will do everything not to pay.
Fwiw I don’t like going on to Twitter to complain about picayune things like flight cancellations or bad service.
To me, providing long term care insurance to elderly folks is a different kettle of fish. @Transamerica is just not adequately funding the reimbursement process
It is infuriating how hard @Transamerica makes it to file claims for long term care. Clearly they are intentionally making it difficult for the elderly folks they made promises to. Shameful.
Btw : I was a corporate lawyer for 20 years so I’m pretty good at filling out paperwork as instructed.
Nobody should buy a long term care policy from @Transamerica Two months later and @Transamerica is now asking for new things. It’s totally shameful. Broken process.
