A proactive patrol by De Anza-Foothill Police during the busy De Anza College Flea Market led to the arrest of a registered sex offender who authorities say was out of compliance and wanted on a felony warrant. Officers reported finding an axe, suspected methamphetamine and heroin, loaded hypodermic needles, and drug paraphernalia during the investigation. ARREST: San Francisco police arrested 35-year-old Mark Flanagan after investigators linked him to two separate felony evasion cases involving a dirtbike. Police sat the rider allegedly fled traffic stops, ran red lights and stop signs, and drove recklessly through city streets. Fort Hood has had a dining facility closed since July because of roaches. It was only closed because a soldier leaked a video to social media.

We were supposed to have all five CSDV in six months. It’s been a year and we just opened the third.
Fort Hood is the big success story, and that’s only increased the number of meals served by about 15% at the single location. They are still serving less than 20% of the meal card population.
They have suffered from being unable to scale to demand. Delivery and online ordering is still a pipe dream.
They found ways to increase contractor profit, though, like selling alcohol.
