✨ What if love is a frequency? I started writing about inter-brain synchronization and human connection… and somehow, it became a love song ❤️ Co-created with AI. 🎥 What if love is a frequency? | A Song on Human Resonance youtu.be/qc5Y60p1LZ8

What new skills are people developing in the meantime while they load their skills into files? I'm curious.

not influencers, not experts, but a secret third thing
the age of the “influencer” is over the age of the expert with 10+ years of experience, sharing it online for the first time, is just beginning we are very early

going to Burning Man has become running a longitudinal synchronicity study with extra steps :)

Congrats!! But I’m getting a little tired of “telepathy” being used so loosely in AI circles. It works as clickbait because the word still points to something deep and human. What’s described here sounds like a brain-computer interface: brain signals decoded into text or AI commands. Thought-to-text. Brain-to-machine. That’s exciting! But it’s not the original question telepathy was coined for. The word “telepathy” was coined in 1882 from tele + pathos: distant feeling. It asked whether information, feeling, or knowing could move between minds without a known sensory channel? The absence of the channel was the point. No headbands in telepathy :) At Click Sync Labs, I’m interested in “telepathy”. Direct consciousness-to-consciousness transmission. No sensor, no server in the middle. A pure mental interface 😌😍 My worry is that if telepathy comes to mean “my device types for me,” the older question becomes harder to ask in public. Hope not!
Two weeks ago, I resigned from OpenAI to join Conduit as a founding researcher, where we're training models to non-invasively read the human mind. I've written some thoughts about what telepathy could look like by 2035 and how to get there:

Make your fun work, make your work fun 🧖‍♀️🧪 My sweat samples from @othership_us sauna came almost pure water, not smelling lol Kinda sad, I wanted to throw sauna parties 🥲😝 My Claude says sauna sweat was the wrong fluid of choice :) “Body odor comes from apocrine secretion in the axilla, and even that is odorless when it leaves the gland. The odorants are made by skin bacteria cleaving non-volatile precursors. That enzymatic conversion takes hours. Thats why scientific papers use overnight or 24-hour wear.”

Midjourney has been making my heart race lately. Twice! First the hardware (that looked eerily close to something I've been imagining during my floating sessions!) And now... acquiring Co–Star. I have a feeling only a tiny fraction of people see where this is heading and I'm very, very here for it.
Midjourney is acquiring Co-Star. CEO @banu__guler is now Chief Design Officer at Midjourney. She's building a cross-functional design, product and frontend team for all our efforts. The Co-Star app will continue to operate under Banus complete control. Welcome Banu and team <3

I just opened a Substack for Click Sync Labs 🧬 It's where I'll share field notes, experiments, and open invitations for people to participate. Click Sync Labs is a human connection and consciousness studio, making invisible connections visible. First story: Can we measure the chemistry between two people with an electronic nose? 👃 Subscribe if you wanna know about upcoming experiments and be part of it 🫶🏻 open.substack.com/pub/clicks…

Rooting for Argentina today 🇦🇷🇦🇷 Synchronicity somehow took me there twice, and both trips became huge pieces of how Click Sync Labs was born. So yes, Argentina has a very big node on my Click Map and my heart 💙 ¡Otra vez! 🧉🏆

Sometimes I think I’m too old to be a DJ it’s too cliché now to be a DJ Then X shows me this 😄
WARNING: Longer post (but worth reading or bookmarking for later). There's no such thing as too late. A few days ago, I came across an old newspaper advice column from 2000: Dear Abby: I am a 36-year-old college dropout whose lifelong ambition was to be a physician. I have a very good job selling pharmaceutical supplies, but my heart is still in the practice of medicine. I do volunteer work at the local hospital on my time off, and people tell me I would have made a wonderful doctor. If I go back to college and get my degree, then go to medical school, do my internship and finally get into the actual practice of medicine, it will take me seven years! But, Abby, in seven years I will be 43 years old. What do you think? - Unfulfilled in Philly Dear Unfulfilled: And how old will you be in seven years if you don't go to medical school? Let that one sink in for a moment. That timeline in your head is your own creation. It forms from a young age. We look out at the world and use what we observe to sketch out a map of how our life is supposed to go. Social media highlight reels tell us how we stack up. What we should be doing. By when. And what we can’t possibly do now. It’s a form of inheritance. Not one we choose, but one we all get. So, we tie ourselves in knots, just like Unfulfilled in Philly. We know what we really want, but we’re too afraid to go all in. Because to go all in is to expose yourself to real failure. To be completely naked. But the harsh truth that Abby so elegantly highlighted is an important one: Time is unforgiving. It doesn’t care about you. It’s moving with or without you. Whether you choose to act…or not. Whether you live the way you want…or not. Time is just going to pass. How often do we all sit around waiting for someone else to come tap us into our own life? To give us permission to go and do the thing we want to do? Waiting for our own Dear Abby reply to tell us it’s ok. We’re not too late. We’re right on time. The real lesson here is recognizing that you don’t need any of that. You don’t need this post. You don’t need Dear Abby. You get to tap yourself in. You get to choose. You're not late. You're not early. You're exactly where your life has led you to be. And you get to decide where you go from here. So, that thing you want to do: How old will you be in ten years if you don’t do it?

I bought an electronic nose lol It is a device that digitizes smell. The plan was to borrow one from Cornell, but when the scientist offered one, I couldn’t say no It took 6 months for her to find and buy a second hand one 👃 it’s not easy to find I’d been looking for one for 6 weeks now It’s an old one but I have an electronic nose now 😂 how does it looks like?

My 10-year of YC founder friend tells me that when I keep changing my position names in my own business, people might not take me seriously. Depending on the project, sometimes I'm CSO - Chief Synchronicity Officer, sometimes CTO - Chief Telepathy Officer, These days mostly #vibefounder for Click (a project I'm launching in NYC soon 🙏). I'm building a human connection and consciousness studio, and (based on my experiences) consciousness requires lightness, play, and fun. Otherwise it doesn't respond :) Take the work seriously without taking yourself seriously

This is so interesting. One part of me is triggered, remembering my burnout days, screaming this is not human. The other part of me understands what devotion means 😌 But I think it’s really important where the devotion comes from: fear/scarcity/competition or love/abundance/collaboration? Because I’m sure the latter feels more alive, healthier, and reconstructing. I’m curious what @UseCorgi employees feel at the end of the day?
"If you are not working 7 days per week, you are going to lose". Corgi Insurance is the most intense workplace culture in startups. - The company works 7 days per week. - Founder (@nico_laqua) lives and sleeps in the office. - He built a cafe in the office because there was no local cafe that was open 24/7. - 2/3 of the first 30 team members have the Corgi logo as a tattoo. Today I went behind the scenes with Nico, who has used this culture to scale the company to a $2.6BN valuation in just two years. My condensed notes below: 1. If You Are Not Working 7 Days Per Week, You Are Going to Lose: Whatever you can get done in 5 days, you'll get more done in 6 and 7. If you are trying to solve the world’s hardest problems, a standard 5-day workweek will not cut it. 2. Work Trials Repel the Mediocre: Corgi forces candidates into mock work trials over the weekend. If seeing a full office on a Saturday scares them, they don't belong. True intensity acts as a natural filter to attract killers and repel clock-watchers. 3. Lead from the Front Lines You can’t demand 7-day weeks while sitting on a yacht. Nico sleeps 3–4 hours a night on a mattress inside the office. If you want your troops to bleed, you have to be in the trenches with them. 4. Culture Only Means One Thing: Winning Forget superficial jargon like "hackers" or "ex-founders." Strip away the corporate fluff. A great startup culture is aggressively optimized around one single word: Winning. 5. Lifespan vs. Victories Building something world-historic requires radical sacrifice. When asked if he'd rather build a trillion-dollar company and die at 50, or fail and live to 80, the answer was easy. "I would rather measure my lifespan in victories." 6. Reject the Comfort of "Quiet Quitting." If you are operating in a hyper-growth environment and your days off happen to be Saturday and Sunday every single week, you are quiet quitting. To win, you must deliberately bypass the off-ramps of personal comfort and low volatility. Corgi isn't for everyone—and that’s exactly the point.
