Great permit, timeline info! According to last year’s permit approval that was issued the next day after the public comment period ended, $eeenf should get the permit today. On the lookout for a big Sunday night PR with construction updates and more! Imo
For original EA last year regards to Merlin 1, BLM received 48 public comments, CBD also made objections, BLM approved APD on very next day of end of comments & review period. So I am sure for this year also, APD will be issued tomorrow as BLM working on weekend also. $EEENF

Emerald House applied for complete AFPD package on 20th September 2021, total time they take is 121 days as per their website, so effectively last date for approval comes 19th January. So in my view Drilling permit by BLM will be issued on Monday.
