Writing scripts is Hollywood's business; to make open-source AI win is Sentient's.
The box office said, "There is no such movie called Sentient." He was right.
Sentient doesn't produce fiction, Sentient builds an open-source reality.
The movie is over.
Reality has come.
Artificial General Intelligence is open-source and not controlled by any single entity.

Web3 Attention please
As we head deeper into the bear market, one of the most important things we need to focus on is making Web3 better and safer for the new people who will eventually enter when the bull market returns.
One major piece of that is marketing done right.
Projects launching in Web3 NEED real marketing not just noise, but actual real users getting onboarded into the platform and completing REAL actions.
Yes, KOL and creator campaigns are great for hype, attention, and co-signs.
But at the end of the day, what every project truly needs is REAL users inside the platform, completing actions and understanding the product.
So again, welcome to @ActionModelAI the home of ActionFi.
A solution that rewards users not just for creating content, but more importantly for completing meaningful actions within platforms that projects deem important.

The conversation is finally shifting.
We need to stop asking: “What AI tools are coming next?”
Start asking: Who owns them? What are their real motivations?
AI could transform the world for the better, or concentrate unprecedented power in very few hands.

THIS IS FOR YOU if you’re into AI and Web3 marketing / user acquisition
with @ActionModelAI being live for officially a week we have already reached 2 very important milestones
1. Our platform officially passed 100k+ users signed up
2. We successfully onboarded both web3 and web2 users
these two milestones are extremely important for a platform focused on bringing real users to complete actions, while also giving the community ownership in the future of AI

Last week we went live with @ActionModelAI, and now we have over 100k users.
Yes… 100k+ 🤯
The last few days has been a whirlwind, and honestly, it’s hard to put into words what this moment feels like.
As a marketing manager, I’m incredibly proud of what our team has pulled off in such a short space of time. But more importantly, this isn’t the finish line. It’s the starting point.
We now have 100,000+ people who believe AI shouldn’t be owned by a handful of billionaires in a boardroom.
It should be owned by the people who train it, use it, and build with it.
We’ve built more than a product, we’ve built a real community, and that’s what I’m most proud of.
Here’s to the next few crazy months 👾
The era of LLMs is fading. The era of LAMs (Large Action Models) is beginning.
Stop chatting with bots. An "Action" economy is being built where AI sees your screen, clicks for you, and generates yield.
Meet w/ @ActionModelAI . I have deep-dived into the docs. Here's why I am interested in Action Model;
📌Narrative Shift: "Action" > "Chat"
While everyone is chasing text-generating AI (LLMs), Action Model is building doing AI (LAMs).
The core is Actionist:
• Not just code; it uses a mouse, types on keyboards, navigates UI.
• A fully autonomous agent running your workflows while you sleep.
📌ActionFi: The New DeFi Layer
This isn't some "Click-to-earn" trash.
• Proof-of-Action: Real actions on real platforms.
• Brands buy verified user actions instead of empty impressions.
• Revenue flows directly into token burns and user rewards.
📌Tokenomics ($LAM) = Deflationary Beast
Here’s the part degens love.
I checked the math:
• Every "action" requires $LAM.
• 34% of this spent $LAM is burned.
• As usage goes up, supply must go down.
It's programmed scarcity.
📌Ownership Economy (Real Yield)
Google or OpenAI use your data and cut you out.
Action Model flips the script:
"You train the AI workers, you own the machine." Contribute to model training via the browser extension and farm $LAM.
📌Summary & Verdict
Team is not anon, vision is automating Web2 ops with Web3 ownership.
Action Model sits right at the intersection of AI Agents + DeFi + Real Yield narratives.

Supermodularity and System Welfare: The Economics of Integration
Blockchain discussions are often stuck in the binary debate of "Modular vs. Monolithic."
However, Rialo's latest article shifts the focus to a critical economic lens: Supermodularity.
This approach moves blockchain design beyond mere architectural preferences and treats it as the art of maximising "System Welfare," which is the total value created for developers and users.
Here is a breakdown of the "Economics of Integration" and why it matters:
1. The Hidden Cost: The "Middleware" Trap
Existing blockchains often fragment the stack. To build a functioning application, the base layer isn't enough; you are forced to rely on third-party middleware for critical services, such as oracles, Bridges, Keepers (Automation), and Privacy.
The problem? Each of these service providers acts as a separate entity trying to maximize its own profit. In economics, this is called "Compound Marginalization." When every layer adds its own markup, execution costs skyrocket, making the system economically inefficient.
Developer surveys show that for some operations, middleware fees can consume over 90% of the transaction value. The result is "Deadweight Loss" that valuable economic activity that never happens because the costs are simply too high.
2. The Solution: Vertical Integration
Supermodularity solves this via Vertical Integration. Just as an EV manufacturer brings battery production in-house to reduce costs and control quality, a blockchain should integrate critical components into the core protocol rather than outsourcing them.
Supermodular chains like Rialo transform these external services into native primitives.
3. Why Integration Maximizes Welfare Consolidating critical functions under one roof (the chain itself) creates superior economic outcomes:
Single Bill: Applications don’t have to pay a toll to multiple monopolistic providers.
There is a single, coherent cost for "Execution."
Incentive Alignment: The chain doesn't seek to maximize profit on every single component. Instead, it aims to maximize volume.
It keeps prices low to stimulate demand (volume > margin).
Security Guarantees: If you rely on a third-party Oracle, your security is only as strong as that middleware. In an integrated system, all components inherit the full security and decentralization of the Base Layer (L1).
4. A Practical Example: DeFi Liquidations
The Old (Fragmented) Way:
The protocol waits for an external Oracle (Fee), pays an external Keeper to trigger the liquidation ( Fee + Profit Share), and uses a Bridge (Fee).
Result: High costs can exceed the value of the liquidated assets, leading to bad debt.
The Supermodular (Rialo) Way: The Native Oracle inputs price. Native Automation calculates the LTV ratio. The Protocol automatically executes the liquidation.
Result: Single fee, zero coordination friction, high reliability.
Conclusion: From Architecture to Economics Supermodularity isn't about integrating everything. It is about integrating the right components—those that are complementary and create greater value when combined.
The future of blockchain won't just be differentiated by TPS (speed), but by System Welfare—how well the components work together to lower costs and reduce risk for everyone.

Rialo & Keplr
The vision for the "Real-World Blockchain" is reaching a major turning point as the infrastructure for the upcoming Mainnet launch solidifies. 🧱🔥
The official integration of @keplrwallet into the @RialoHQ ecosystem marks a significant milestone in bridging the gap between high-level blockchain technology and mainstream accessibility.
By utilizing the world's leading multichain wallet as a primary portal, this partnership ensures that the transition from Testnet to live dApps is not only secure but also completely seamless and intuitive for all users.
This strategic move simplifies the interaction with real-world assets (RWA), removing the friction often found in complex blockchain environments. As the momentum toward Mainnet continues to build, this collaboration stands as a testament to the growing strength of the Rialo ecosystem and the future of decentralized logic. The pieces are in place, the portal is open, and the next chapter of blockchain evolution is ready to unfold.

I want to explain in detail why I have been tweeting since the @SentientAGI airdrop and why I have been filling your timeline(sorry) with this issue @hstyagi @sandeepnailwal @abhishek095 @shad_haq_ @vivekkolli @namyura_ @0xsachi @Anitahityou @oleg_golev @qzxcle
1) Discord role distributions became unbalanced in the last period and in the November distribution a regional limitation was introduced for the first time. ONLY the TURKISH community was affected by this decision. Fourteen people from the Turkish community earned the right to receive the role but could not get it only because of this regional limit. No matter how much effort we put in, we were punished just because we were in the Turkish community
After our objections the decision was changed and the announcement below was made 👇
2) After this announcement our roles were given and we were told that we would receive the reward according to our new role. Sentient postponed the TGE during this time but we kept producing content and supporting the project
3) On the airdrop day we saw that the rewards were calculated according to the old role, not the new one. I didn't think this was intentional because I never believed the Sentient team would act in bad faith. Just like in the role distribution we objected again. A new struggle started. Nobody outside the Turkish community experienced this, only these 14 people
4) We could not get any response from the team. Thanks to the Turkish moderator @scalpkripto communication was established and we were told this was a bug. We were asked to open a ticket on Discord. I opened the ticket and did not receive a single reply for days.
Should I beg more? @shad_haq_ 👇
5) During this period I wrote to Shad many times. There is no chance he did not see it but I am still ignored. He replied to some friends and only asked for X address and wallet. I already sent these, could this be the reason? maybe. Could this be the reason I waited 14 days without an answer? NEVER
6) The only person I could communicate with in the whole process was @qzxcle and I thank him. Even though I felt a bit relieved after talking to him, still not getting a clear answer doesn't fit the web3 spirit or the principles of Sentient
7) As a community we tried every way. We can't reach any team member. Our goal was never to harm the project, on the contrary we always tried to protect it from the beginning. At every step we thought about the interests of $SENT. We were careful not to act emotionally. Now we feel helpless
8) Even though the team accepted the mistake there has been no single response for 12 days. Do you know the saddest part? If we were KOLs, we would never experience this. They would definitely have reached out to us directly. I'm used to seeing this behavior in other projects but I expected Sentient to be different and I don't want to experience this here. The vision of Sentient is built on transparency and justice.
For example thousands of people worked for months to build the Sentient community and a strong community was created. Despite this I give only a 0.01% chance that this text will be read by the team. We are like invisible👻
We don't ask for anything extra. We only want the reward of the role that was officially given and normal communication. In an open source project this isn't a request, it is something that should already exist.
Please let something change now

I love open source projects. open source is about trust, communication, community and transparency. you get out exactly what you put in
sounds perfect on paper, right? @shad_haq_ how does closed communication make any sense in an open source project?
I have been defending Sentient and open source for 7 months. because of a team mistake my reward was missing, but that's not the real issue. stuff happens in web3.
the problem is I have not had a single reply from the CM in 10 days. (MANY) tweets, DMs, tickets... nothing.
If I was a KOL, this would've been solved already. this is exactly why we talk about the open source difference. can you please just end this? @shad_haq_
The "Real World" Narrative Alpha
If RWAs and "Real World" adoption are the key drivers for this cycle, you need to have this project @RialoHQ on your radar immediately.
Backed by Subzero Labs ($20M raise), ex-Meta/Google/Solana devs, and solving Web3’s biggest bottleneck: Native Privacy.
Here is why I am introducing @RialoHQ ;
Supermodularity
They are ending the Modular vs. Monolithic debate. Oracles, automation, and privacy gadgets are integrated directly into the base layer. Result? No fragile bridges, no 3rd party oracles, and no rent-extracting middleware. Everything is "In-protocol."
Native Privacy & Reactive
TxsMass adoption requires secrets. Rialo allows apps to handle sensitive data (API keys, PII) directly on-chain with encryption.
Reactive Transactions: The chain can automatically react to off-chain signals without external bots.
Stake-for-Service (SfS)
A massive UX upgrade. Stop managing separate gas balances. With SfS, your staking yield automatically covers your network costs. Capital efficiency at its finest.
#Rialo @RialoTR
Here is my first @RialoHQ art. After being a part of community, I will continue to create arts for @RialoHQ with high passion.
"Fast and unpredictable"
The reason I named my work this is because of the rabbit I used. The rabbit is agile, fast, and uncatchable. @RialoHQ will be the same. It will move quickly and confidently towards its target!

ENOUGH!!! yes, the @SentientAGI drop is over and there is so much unfairness that we will probably not be heard again because we are a minority. most likely we will only get help if they feel like it @abhishek095 @shad_haq_ @vivekkolli @namyura_ @hstyagi @0xsachi @Anitahityou
@oleg_golev @qzxcle @SentientEco
when the issue you see here was fixed, I was genuinely happy. I thought I would finally get the reward I deserved. my role was upgraded 2 months ago, yet I received the reward for a lower role. the difference is almost equal to the drop I received, and there are 14 of us in the same situation and somehow, all of us are from the Turkiye community
this is not about liking or disliking the drop. I only want the reward I actually earned and that the team assigned to me. that is the issue
this feels impossible. is something wrong here? community first or community last? @SentientAGI
I'm one of the people who got the role last and you gave our reward based on our old role GOOD JOB @shad_haq_
Is that what blockbuster mean?
How far can you progress by violating people's rights?
this feels impossible. is something wrong here? community first or community last? @SentientAGI
I'm one of the people who got the role last and you gave our reward based on our old role GOOD JOB @shad_haq_
This message contains a high level of sincerity. I do not doubt that all parties will have an amazing experience. For months, thousands of real people from dozens of countries have knowingly dedicated their time to @SentientAGI and its technology—giving up their jobs, spouses, children, and lives. The big day has arrived, and I am confident that the community, which will be breaking records at tomorrow's TGE, will see incredible gains and wonderful price stability. I trust you, team; we are now more than content creators—we are believers in Sentient. After even someone with early role makes fantastic gains tomorrow, I hope we will continue to produce, work, and unite as a team for the future of Sentient.
