For me- it's @chairmansreservemeats. Starting with a good cut of meat, which is well-marbled, always makes for a better-finished product on the grill. Chairman's Reserve is one of my go-to meats

The striper bite is starting to heat up a little here on the James River in Virginia! What's your favorite game fish?

I'm counting the days until the September opener of Virginia dove season. Dove hunting is one of my favorite ways to spend time in the field with my friends.

I am a sucker for a steak. This recipe is one of my favorites. The coffee rub is surprisingly good and brings an Umami taste to the steak.

I like to change up this comfort dish, by cooking on the grill to get some char and smoke on the meat. The Shitake Mushroom Gravy also adds a nice earthy, robust flavor to this recipe.
