Employee satisfaction with performance reviews at Stepful went up 18% in one cycle. In their previous cycle, calibration ran on Google Docs. Cara Fullerton, their Director of People Operations, built the matrices by hand, and leaders switched between reviews, matrices and leveling guides. This cycle ran on Windmill. This morning, we hosted a hands-on AI building lab for NYC HR leaders with @JoinTroopHR at @PrimaryVC's office. Attendees broke into grouops and built AI workflows live, with Windmill engineers by their side.
