My @DIRECTVhelp went out; something bumped the satellite. Can’t get anyone to fix it for seven days. Sigh. Nine year customer and nine days without service that I’m not even credited for.

Just left the Eagan @Chilis. My eight year old was in tears because of no more waffles. The staff got the old maker out and made him some from scratch so he’d have a good experience. Just awesome
