We’ll be re-focusing our efforts on Highlights. We have so many fun things coming in 2023 and it’s honestly a huge load off our minds to leave this place behind. Read more about those plans here — glass.photo/highlights/re-in…

Does anyone have a photo of a trash can, trash pile, or dumpster (fire optional) on Glass that we can use for the image on the post currently titled “Why Glass is Leaving Twitter”? Asking for us.

It’s not something that we can ignore anymore — being on this platform isn’t in line with our personal or company values. We’ll have more Monday as we figure it out, but make sure to subscribe to our newsletter. glass.photo/newsletter

This feeling isn’t new, but it’s getting worse and worse every day.
Glass@tryglass26 Apr 2022
Whenever we ask for advice from founders or PR folks, the first thing they always tell us is “trendjacking.” Which is basically “the news happened! Make it about your app!” Turns out, Musk buying Twitter is about us! And the web! And funding! But this just really sucks.

The crisis is rapidly getting worse.

This isn’t a growth opportunity. It’s a crisis. The world’s richest man — with a well-documented history of racism, transphobia, and union-busting — is going to own Twitter. The changes he’ll make are almost certainly going to hasten the rise of fascism and kill LGBTQIA+ kids.

🎲 Let’s play a game. Here are the rules. 1) You tell us your camera. 2) We show you the camera feed. It’s a very simple game.

📷 In case you missed it, we added huge improvements to search on @tryglass last week. You can now easily find camera and lens feeds. It's a whole new way to explore and especially great if you're considering new gear or wanting to connect with like minded shooters.
