Why don’t creators have an easy way to include fans in their work?
Why don’t fans have an easy way to connect and collaborate with the artists they love?
Why doesn’t this already exist?
The good news is, we built it.
Bloomagik launches this month. 🧙♂️
Dose two.
Our first article was about the idea behind bloomagik. This one is about what we’re actually building.
How Bloomagik Works 🧙♂️
With the launch of bloomagik getting closer, we’ve put some of our thinking and vision into a series of articles.
Here’s dose one:
The Age of Immersion 🧙♂️
We’re building Bloomagik, a marketplace for participation in creative work.
A place where creators can invite their fans inside what they make, while deciding exactly what parts of their world they open up.
The age of immersion is coming.
More tomorrow. ✨
How many more legendary creatives need to co-sign AI before the stigma collapses?
Dr. Dre Says the Only People Who See AI as a Threat Are Those 'Who Have Trouble Creating' variety.com/2026/music/news/…
This agreement is huge, but begs the question: if the rules of AI media are negotiated entirely between major rights holders and major technology companies, what happens to everyone else?
How much freedom will independent creatives have? How much will fans be allowed to participate, collaborate and build within the worlds they love?
We’re building infrastructure around a different answer: protect creatives, compensate them, and create legitimate pathways for fans to participate directly.

The Doctor of Dreams is on a generational run
Hey all! I just wanna mention I’m doing some real fun & cool stuff with @Canonfire_ I’m quite excited about 😎
More soon! It’s been a crazy week with some other exciting launches with Pokee, lot happening for me so apologies if delayed this week in particular.
Spot on by @seanward... the mental gymnastics of the "anti-AI" mob are obvious to anyone looking at the issue objectively. Remove hysteria and we can find progress.
The anti-AI crowd is currently trapped in a massive logical contradiction.
On one hand, they confidently claim that "100% AI-Free" is going to be a highly sought-after, premium differentiator that audiences will gladly pay top dollar for.
On the other hand, they are screaming that AI is going to completely destroy their industry and put them all out of work.
These two things are mutually exclusive. If human-made art is truly the premium commodity they claim it is, the market will gladly pay their day rate and their jobs are perfectly safe. The panic betrays the truth: they know audiences care about the final vision, not the friction it took to get there.

Simply put.
George Lucas says AI makes it "much easier for us to make movies" and "there’s nothing you can do about it. That’s progress, it’s the future.”
“Artificial intelligence means it’s much easier for us to make movies. It’s very much like sitting here saying, ‘Well, I believe the horse and the buggy is really where it’s at. These cars, they break down, they need gas, there’s all kinds of problems with them and pretty soon they’ll be making them into tanks, and then they’ll be killing people. It’s terrible.’ There’s nothing you can do about it. That’s progress, it’s the future.” (via A Rabbit's Foot)

A24 has released a statement defending their AI research partnership with Google.
“Our relationship with our audience is something we don’t take for granted. This partnership exists because we want to dictate what tools get built for artists, and so they have a voice in shaping them rather than having tools handed to them. We’d rather have a seat at the table than on the sidelines.”

Spike Jonze said this week: “AI is an incredibly powerful tool, but it shouldn’t replace human collaboration.” He’s one of the few people who has truly earned the right to say it. He made Her, perhaps the most precise and predictive film about AI.
The straw man running through this whole conversation is that you have to pick a side: AI’s power, speed, and infinite customization on one end; human creative collaboration and community on the other.
In reality, the platforms and creators that will thrive in this new world are the ones building both into the same system.
That’s what we’re building with Canonfire. We let AI do what it’s actually good at: generation, iteration, and personalization at a scale no production team could match, while enhancing the human creative magic we all love.
