I genuinely think Saudi Arabia could defeat the Houthis by exploiting their greatest weakness: khat.
It’s estimated that 95% of Houthi fighters are hopelessly addicted to that stuff. An entire army dependent on a leaf.
Yemen has 65 major khat cultivation fields. Easy targets.
Saudi Arabia should completely decimate Yemen’s khat supply. Within days, the Houthis would be facing the worst crisis in their history.
The withdrawal symptoms kick in: crushing fatigue, irritability, depression and an entire army suddenly incapable of functioning without its daily leaves.
Then Saudi should start advertising FREE premium-quality khat at designated collection points.
You’d have entire Houthi battalions abandoning their positions, commanders fighting over who gets there first, and Abdul-Malik al-Houthi declaring a national emergency.
Within 48 hours, the Houthis would have lost 80% of their fighting strength without Saudi Arabia firing another shot.
MBS, if you’re reading this, hire me as your military strategist.

BREAKING: 153 Nations Adopt UN Pandemic Declaration to Push FAST-TRACKED Vaccines Within 100 Days and Crack Down on “Vaccine Hesitancy”
UN declaration raises concerns that scientific censorship, lockdowns, and experimental vaccine mandates would be put into place quickly with the next outbreak. Agency confirms the goal of man-made pandemics is global mass vaccination. Strategy doomed to fail as pathogens quickly become resistant to vaccines which should never be the primary pandemic response measure. By Nic Hulscher, MPH, @UN @NicHulscher @McCulloughFund
