90% of companies miss their goals. What the top 10% do differently: They nail internal business alignment: One of the best ways to do that: The McKinsey 7S Model. A timeless framework from Peters & Waterman, Built to get every part of a company moving in the same direction. Forget stiff org charts. This is about coordination and efficiency. The 7S stand for: Strategy – Your long-term game plan to win. Structure – How you’re organized to deliver that plan. Systems – The daily processes that keep things running. Skills – The real strengths of your people. Staff – Who’s on the team and what they bring to the table. Style – Leadership approach, culture, and behavior. Shared Values – The beliefs that glue it all together. Hard elements: Strategy, Structure, Systems. Tangible, measurable, visible. Soft elements: Style, Staff, Skills, Shared Values. Intangible, but often the reason businesses fail. How to put it into action: A) Map all 7 elements B) Assess where you stand today C) Spot the misalignments D) Close the gaps with clear actions E) Execute relentlessly F) Keep fine-tuning Because a strategy only works when everything supports it. P.S. Are your 7S working together or working against you? ♻️ Share this so more leaders can align before they execute.
