The VA does not file your claim when you get out. Discharge paperwork is not a claim. A lot of veterans are sitting on earned benefits they never put in front of the VA. Not because they don’t qualify. Because nobody walked them through it. Free consult: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F…

Veterans Day is Wednesday, November 11, and a lot of places are saying thanks with free meals, coffee and haircuts, including Applebee's, Chili's, Starbucks and Great Clips. Full list here: news.va.gov/150505/2026-vete… Also, if you're a Veteran and you don't think your VA rating reflects everything you're dealing with, I'd be glad to take a look with you. You can request a free consult here: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F…

So now that AI/SI is able to recomp games to play natively on iOS and macOS, what is the excuse for Apple not being a genuine competitor in the gaming space?

You leave a C&P without the write-up. That report is not automatic. VA Form 20-10206 is how you request disability examinations from your VBA file. Privacy Act / FOIA path — not Blue Button magic. Educational, not legal advice. Not VA-accredited.

The fire is real. An automatic denial is not. VA reconstructs from morning reports, hospital cards, and one packet — not the same two forms twice. A “no records” denial is not a closed door.

An Intent to File is a date lock — not a finished claim. One year. One active. Complete claim consumes it. ITF ≠ claim done.

The examiner doesn’t hand you a percentage. C&P gathers. VA decides. The report is evidence — not the decision letter. Short exam ≠ automatic denial.

Today isn’t “VA broke.” It’s Labor Day. Brick-and-mortar dark. The portal isn’t. Don’t panic-screenshot a frozen tracker. Labor Day ≠ claim dead.

Seeing “Congress fixed separation-pay clawbacks”? Two bills ≠ a signed law. VA can still withhold disability to recoup qualifying separation pay. That’s current law — not a glitch. Two Senate bills would change it. Neither is law yet.

Been hearing a lot of this lately.
I think I'm ready to go back to church. I haven't found Jesus yet, but I've seen enough of Satan.

Got a proposed reduction letter? Read the reason carefully. VA’s own IG found about 1 in 3 of those reduction cases had process errors — wrong notice, wrong date, or no final decision. That doesn’t make every reduction illegal. It means don’t assume the letter is airtight.

Screenshot ≠ statute. A stalled bill and a 2022 proposal are not a rating cut. VA said this week: no changes planned or imminent. Today’s schedule is still today’s schedule. Don’t panic-file off a headline.
