Just a heads ...I've been increasingly absent on Twitter since mid-fall and since I'm not really missing it, I'm debating whether to close my account. For now I am keeping it but only dropping in once a week. So if I suddenly disappear altogether now you know why.
.@canadapostcorp Hey Canada Post. I just checked an order and apparently you left a pickup card for me. Problem is I never received it. Now the order might get shipped back. #DontShipHolidayGiftsWithCanadaPost
E-waste. We all got it. Often we don't know what to do with it. Problem solved. Free pickup. Give these guys a call. instagram.com/p/BqS_f_2gqbYn…
Ooo. #Raclette: smells like feet but tastes soooo good.

Thanks again to STAC performance for hands down having the *most* incredible customer service. New trainer delivered just hours after-the-fact. These guys have set the customer experience bar super high. #Customer4Life #IncredibleService #TheyStandBehindTheirProduct
.@STACPerformance just got a package from U and literally *all* the key components missing from the box. Any idea how long it will take to get this resolved? This is not a good start and will be adding a review to Amazon on Monday to reflect this QA issue. #BigOops
See? Told you. #ItsAllAbouttheHoodie
For many high school runners, making OFSAA is a rite of passage, and buying their first Nike-branded OFSAA Cross Country hoodie is the best part:

Water is the source of everything we do, yet, 844 million people around the globe still don't have clean water. The Source with Canadian Olympian Adam van Koeverden shows a glimpse into his life as a professional Kayaker and the important role water has played. @vankayak

Ho-ho. A flat and fast course. This, this, will be an exciting race. If that's one thing the kid can do is start fast and end with a kick on a hill. #TrailRunningBennies
There's my girl. Does she look like she's enjoying her race? #teethareshowin #hairsablowin
We love running cross-country at #CHCI. @CHCIsports @wrdsb @CHCIScottySays And we win too! Junior Girls for the win.
I was feeling a bit aimless in my offseason. Decided to set a mini goal to give myself some focus. New swim distance done and dusted. 1500m in my back pocket. Let's see if I can 2000m before year end. Not bad for someone who couldn't freestyle 1 year ago. #Chuffed
