"Do NOT let your daughter listen to her..."
@MegynKelly plays the most filthy clip she's ever aired on the show, of "Call Her Daddy" host Alex Cooper cheering on a group s*x story that sounds VERY similar to the Cornell Jane Doe incident.

We already have streamed video executions.
It's only 'barbaric' when it's justice.

The thing is, this defense is completely airtight because Cornell girl somehow gave us 7 counterexamples and 5 thought experiments like
“well what if she revokes consent from a guy who already had it, oh, she did that and he listened.”
“Okay well what if she told a really rude pushy guy he can’t have sex with her. Oh she did that, and he listened.”
“Well what if she told them outright she’s tired and wants to stop now. Oh she did that and they stopped. Damn.”
To round it off, they even included a diverse cast of characters from all the races of man of every imaginable stock and breed
including a Korean man which is quite progressive because they’re usually not included in this sort of thing
This is like something that could be used as a thought experiment to explain how something ISNT rape

No, actually, it doesn't. Trauma - a fancy way of saying "harm" - appears when you suffer it. If something happens to you that you later *decide* or *recontextualize* or *realize* is traumatic, the trauma is your own psychic rumination!

Wait, so if I am drunk out of my mind, I am supposed to make a precise determination of my partner's level of intoxication by her "slurred speech" before having sex? Because after 3 drinks, everyone seems like they have slurred speech. No? Are you trying to shut down every bar in NYC? Because the bartenders can be charged in complicity with rape, theoretically - no?
Replying to @wil_da_beast630
No, the proposed laws, just like in 25 US states including Texas, only allow for negating the ability to consent when someone is heavily intoxicated, not simply drunk or buzzed.
Slurred speech, inability to stand, disorientation, stumbling etc.
It's also the norm across the developed world.
