Don’t go Istanbul they said. Couldn’t have been more wrong. Beautiful city and such a friendly place. Magical trip and the best part was getting to experience it with my Step Daughter - some unforgettable memories 🫶❤️🤍 #nffc

From my view that 2nd half y’day was about as controlled as we’ve had a PL away game. All previous successes in PL have come breaking on the counter. I can see the evolution & progression. Just frustrating we can’t finish our dinner. Keep the faith. #nffc

Matches the eye test from Portman Road. Thought he was outstanding last night. Adapted to that role superbly well. #nffc
James McAtee action map for #NFFC v #ITFC For me he was easily Forest's best player on the night. McAtee was fabulous in all phases and continues to grow into this role. His vision and passing range was great, but more impressive is the defensive work that he's getting through. Yet again McAtee covered the most ground for Forest tonight, and combined that with 22 defensive actions.

Not sure which of the things on the bed wetters bingo cards are more annoying. Vitor, Elite or “£13m a year” 🥱 #nffc

Has any club had more instances of referee’s going to the monitor and disagreeing with the VAR than Forest? That’s at least 3 I can think of now.

Oliver Glasner having a few words with James McAtee there. Seemed to be telling him to keep his chin up. Absolutely. He was excellent today. Glasner now walking off arm-in-arm with MGW #NFFC

Bed wetters gonna hate hearing but we are very close to being a very good side. Positives… - The players are starting to understand this system and growing game by game. - We are creating ample opportunities and should be top half. - Milenkovic back is big for us, we need leadership. I know he was rusty and at fault today. - Munoz (what a player)! - Macca/Schlager partnership is really proving effective and will continue to flourish. Negatives… - I don’t want to single him out but Delap worries me. He creates, he works hard and link up play is good but his finishing is reckless. - MGW in the system doesn’t really suit his attributes. I fully back him but I do think it frustrates him. - Sels, we need better in Jan. simple as that! - Neco, great finish today but I do wonder if his injury might prove a blessing so we can have a look at a left footer providing width. - Our finishing! Did anyone actually believe CHO was gonna score that one late on? It’s become a joke. We have to ride this out til January and fully back Glasner. We can see the work starting to show green shoots so starting the cycle with a new manager is unthinkable. Back Glasner, back the club. #NFFC

Another good performance. Doing the right things. System working. Just can’t finish our dinner. It’s either going to click or these missed opportunities are going to kill confidence eventually. So frustrating. McAtee superb, best player on pitch by a mile. Keep the faith. #nffc

Impossible to analyse #nffc. Played effectively, authoritively, data is great. Everything in place, bar finishing. Hard to know whether this is a low watermark or whether the confidence will ebb away as these winnable games are ticked off without 3 points and pressure ramps up.

I think we showed some good traits here, we were by far the superior team but once again the finishing was substandard and it’s costing us. Del should be heading it down, CHO should be hitting the target, we have clearances off the line and we have chance after chance. They have one chance from an error and they score but that seems to be the way it’s going lately. I’ve gotta say, I don’t care that Macca is going slightly to the right, it’s a red card every single day of the week and unfortunately it’s bad decision after bad decision most weeks. I really wanted the win, I think we were good value for the win but the football we are playing is starting to click and it’s entertaining to watch. Stick at it, stick with them and the tide will turn. #NFFC

We need some Nuno luck. How many games did we win with a half chance? We’re not winning them with several chances right now. Sympathy for Glasner. The system is working. Players need to deliver. #NFFC #Forest

25 minute of control. Then let them back in. Ref shit. On top of my tongue to praise Milenkovic for covering well and then mis kicks it like a 5 year old 🤦‍♂️ Infuriating. #nffc

I’d find this easier to take if we were just shit. Playing well and gifting teams goals and missing sitters is killing me.

Has any player in the history of football ever ‘nearly’ scored as many worldies without ever scoring one than Murillo 😩
"That was magic!" What a goal this would have been from Murillo?! 😩

Thoughts on #NFFC today. Forest continue to be absolutely magnificent in finding ways to lose games that should be finishing 0-0. Today it's an individual error followed by an unfortunate deflection that was the undoing to another solid defensive performances. I wasn't a huge fan of moving McAtee higher up the pitch during the game - he was having a real solid game there and this decision to move up higher and bring on Sangare in that position is probably the only thing I can really criticise Glasner for today. For me Sangare has looked initially poor in the early stages of his last two substitute appearances, and that unfortunately continued today. By hesitating to move to the loose ball on the edge of the box, he makes a poor error that he probably doesn't make if he's been on the pitch longer - and probably isn't made if McAtee is still there. It's also a fairly poor attempt to block the shot too if I'm being super critical, and it's a shame this poor 10 seconds has essentially cost Forest a valuable point. On the whole, Forest defended really well and didn't give up a half-decent chance until the 70th minute - a great effort against a talented Arsenal attack. Things opened up a little after the goal when Forest had to chase and leave more space in behind, but that was always going to happen. The back 3 I thought were very solid in dealing with Havertz, with Murillo in particular impressing in all phases. He almost grabbed what would've been a deserved equaliser with a brilliant individual effort, but as is the case for Forest recently it just wasn't to be. The centre backs were far less adventurous out of possession than we've seen recently, regularly letting Arsenal's attackers drop deep to receive possession and not following. This is a change from what we've seen recently, evidence that Glasner's instructions and tweaks are working - in this case to give Forest's back line a far more solid foundation against a strong attack. Delap I thought had a really strong game, particularly in establishing his position early against Gabriel & Konsa on long balls - his strong carrying of the ball also continues to help Forest get up the pitch. Externally, it looks like there's going to be a ton of pressure on Forest going into Friday's game at Ipswich. I hope internally that isn't the case - there's clear signs that Forest are actually performing pretty well, and being coached very well, but just aren't getting the points on the board they probably deserve. Things do need to turn around quickly though and points do need to get put on the board sooner rather than later, otherwise there's no doubt that pressure will grow inside the club.

Forest’s PL stats after seven games in 2026/27: 7th for xG created 8th for big chances 3rd for crosses completed 4th for xG conceded Whilst it’s frustrating we are on a losing run, if you believe getting rid of Glasner will change things - give your head a wobble. #NFFC

No more Twitter for me tonight - going to lose my mind. This place is barmy. If you're reading of that is we are shit and Glasner is the worst manager ever, you watched a different game to me. What do you want? Last season again? Hysteria will only bring chaos. Again. #NFFC – at West Bridgford, England

In April it’s all about results no matter how you play. Right now we have the performances and whilst it’s frustrating we have to see that as a positive. For 75 minutes work rate & game plan spot on today. Even then we had chances to get a point. Keep the faith. #nffc

Arguably Coventry aside we’ve deserved more from every game we’ve played this season. That Murillo chance was the one. I was ready to lose my shit, had that gone in football might have peaked for me 🤣 #nffc
