Can psilocybin help veterans with treatment-resistant PTSD?
The ARQ National Psychotrauma Centre (Netherlands) just posted a small phase 2 feasibility study for this. N = 12.
Seems like the topic is already everywhere. The protocol is not.
A 7,000-person Danish trial just went up that randomizes older adults with stable heart disease to keep taking daily aspirin or stop it.
Aspirin is the most common heart pill on earth and we still do not know if staying on it forever is the right call.

Lilly just posted a Phase 3 of orforglipron, their oral GLP-1 pill, in 2,001 people who are overweight but not yet obese. The endpoint is not pounds lost. It is whether the pill keeps them from developing diabetes, hypertension, or class 1 obesity.
