What a weekend, Lions! 🦁🎉 The Mighty Lion Band absolutely CRUSHED it—straight 1’s and a Sweepstakes Award! At Channelview, we snagged 2nd in 5A, made finals, placed 5th overall, and our guard took 2nd! So proud of your hard work and dedication! 💪🔥

Big congrats to the MLB at the USBands Webster Competition this past Saturday! 🦁🎶 They delivered a stellar prelims run, earning a spot in the finals. They took 2nd place in their category and 5th overall in finals—a great start to the competition season! Way to go, MLB!

White shirt
Running/athletic shorts
Running shoes (NO crocs, NO vans, NO converse, NO hey dudes) must be laced running shoes only
1/2 gallon insulated water gallon

Percussion note the schedule change on the band app:
Battery percussion is 8am-12PM
Front ensemble percussion is 1-5PM
Have your band camp “uniform” and I’ll see you bright and early. Band hall opens at 7:40am.
Warmup is outside for the state solo and ensemble this year. So we came extra prepared! #ready #lions #band #musiceducation
