@rustyshelf Bravo on the stand-alone Apple Watch capability for Pocket Casts. Updated and used it in time for my morning run! Happy to see speed change on watch too.
@imyke try a Filofax notebook. You can buy a punch and the wire isn’t tall so you can probably write on the right hand side. Plus removable pages. That’s my “slim” disc bind equivalent
Love using @PrivacyHQ! They saved me from being hit with fraudulent charges and alerted me about it. Love their service and business model. privacy.com/join/95F9A
@TMobile Would love it if your service folks could be more up to speed on moving to an eSIM. Frustrated is an understatement of how I feel right now. Customer Care forced me to go to a store.
@TMobile That physical store told me they can’t do anything, even after I showed them the support page on your site. I can tell you I’ll never go into that physical store again after the way I was treated.
@imyke bring the pen to SF. There may be Platinum contacts and they may be able to replace it for you. Likely just an air bubble in the tipping. Not uncommon. Ask Masuyama. :)
@imyke @dowdyism the issues Brad mentioned about the Realo are why I don't own one any longer. See how you feel trying to clean the pen and change the ink color. I'll be curious to see if you still love it. Never could get it to fill totally either.
Love this quote from General Tom Stafford:
"In life, it's your attitude, not your aptitude, that will take you to the highest altitude of your career and your life."
That feeling when you're reading an old email thread and really appreciate the insight from someone making a very salient point, only to realize you a) wrote it and b) you don't remember making that point.
Does your community offer recycling of cartons? Mine doesn't. Yet. Sign this petition for your area too. recyclecartons.com/petition/
This whole series from ANA on Craftsmanship is a must-watch and read. The one on Sumi (ink sticks) especially is good; the artist is quite eloquent. ana-cooljapan.com/contents/c…
Hey, @google! Woulda love the ability to swipe type on the iPad with the keyboard sized to be half the screen width. Why? Have RSI issues and would love to swipe type using the Apple Pencil w/o traversing the whole width of the iPad. Too much back and forth.
@marcoarment @atpfm Maybe a compromise is for Apple to allow Terminal on iOS for those with registered Dev accounts. Prevents "download this script" blog posts where people mess their devices up. Only serious users would pay for or already have a Dev account.
Love that @googlefi is now available for more Android phones and now iPhones! g.co/fi/r/8DU5R3
If you aren't using Arq to backup your files encrypted, consider it. Their new Arq Cloud Backup is a great deal too
Night Sight on the Google Pixel is amazing. Simply amazing.
