Unless you will buy houses from me tenant occupied, buy houses solely based off photos and or video walkthrough, or are openly & intentionally looking to overpay, I am not saving your phone number or adding you to my buyers list.
You can bid on my deal once it hits the MLS 🤝

US Bank Tower in LA was just acquired by none other than Larry Silverstein.
Might not be a bad idea to work remotely, effective immediately.

Don’t invite me to your group trip because someone dropped out last minute and you’re desperate for $754.40.

I’ve been working at a Fortune 500 company going on 4 months now. I’m the executive assistant to our CEO and I kid you not he spends 75% of his day watching Clavicular and other looksmaxxing streamers. Our economy is doomed.

Why I would rather lose a deal than force the numbers.
If a deal only works when you stretch assumptions, it is not a deal. It is a liability.
Forcing rents. Compressing timelines. Underestimating construction. Hoping financing stays friendly. These are all ways people convince themselves something pencils.
The problem is that small market shifts destroy forced deals. A delay. A rate move. A cost overrun. Suddenly you are upside down, and worse, you have lost investor trust. That is far harder to recover than money.
The foundation has to be right. A strong purchase basis. Conservative construction numbers. Realistic timelines. Financing that survives stress, not perfection.
Another trap is inflated pricing when interest rates drop. Sellers raise prices. Buyers feel justified because debt is cheaper. That is an illusion. Overpaying for land is still overpaying, regardless of the rate environment.
I walk from deals all the time. Not because I cannot make them work on paper, but because I refuse to gamble with capital or credibility.
Long term operators survive by saying no more than they say yes.

There was no federal income tax the first 137 years in America was a country.
Everything changed in 1913 with The Federal Reserve Act & 16th Amendment (Income Tax).
America’s wealth was built on productivity, and stolen by usury.

If you don't think 100k is a lot of money, go on any finance Reddit page. You'll literally get banned for being too rich

I'm a muslim. Since elementary school I always helped kids who were mocked by bullies. Never harmed anyone, never distinguished between Christian or Muslim. Didn't even think about it.
The ruling elites use religion to make people hate each other. Islam only means believe in one God, the God of Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Muhammad and all prophets. Harming non-muslims has no basis except in war, and even then it's prohibited to harm civilians (women, children, elderly etc).
So before you believe that random muslims do things like 9/11 or similar, check if they have ties to CIA, Mossad etc and you might be surprised
