🇮🇱🇵🇸 Today, November 4th, marks 28 years since Israel's Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin was murdered by a Jėwish extremist for seeking a historic peace deal with the Palestinians. Many in Israel now blame members of the current Israeli government for the political assassination. In the run up to Rabin's murder, current Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a series of incendiary speeches, calling Rabin a "Nazi" for entering negotiations with the PLO. Itamar Ben-Gvir, the current head of National Security in Israel, threatened to kill Rabin several times in his youth, including on Israeli television after stealing an emblem from Rabin's car. Figures like Netanyahu and Rabin created a climate where any Israeli that sought a peaceful resolution with the Palestinians were seen as traitors and subject to political violence. Rabin's murder is a reminder of how dangerous the political climate is in Israel for anyone who seeks peace, and what kind of extremists are currently in power in Israel.

🇵🇸🇮🇱 Support for Israel was at a peak after the Hamas attack. How could they possibly mess it up? Well, they proceeded to: - Invent the most ridiculous atrocity propaganda ever - Label everyone who questioned their obvious lies or breaches of international law an antisemite - Call the people of Gaza animals and speak excitedly about genocide and collective punishment - Launch a terror bombing campaign that targeted churches, fleeing refugees and hospitals - Cut off water, food and electricity to 2.5 million people Bomb multiple neighbouring countries - Launch a series of attacks on Palestinians in the West Bank - Wear gold stars at the UN All of this predictably turned public opinion in the West, but rather than asking if any of this might be their own fault, Zionists responded by attacking us for our "latent Jew hatred" (Ben Shapiro's words) and using this as proof that everyone was secretly antisemitic all along. They will learn nothing from any of this - no self-reflection, no empathy for how this looks to outsiders not invested in this conflict like they are - just rage at us for being too stupid and selfish to see how just they are. They can't help themselves.

A common confusion is that to decarbonise, the world will need to produce the equivalent of coal, oil & gas in the form of low-carbon energy. That's not true. Most fossil energy gets wasted. In the US, just one-third gets turned into useful services. The rest is wasted as heat.

One of the best things I've seen on this website
It's holiday season so of course a couple with their camper van thought it acceptable to break my fence and camp overnight on my land. They are now blocked in with our small tractor, should be fun when they wake up.

Jesus Christ you're an insufferable fuckwit.
For me trans women breastfeeding is simply a scientific rather than a moral question. If they are able to produce milk (as I understand many on hormones can) why shouldn’t they? Especially if they are mothering a child? Is your opinion dependent on or irrespective of science?

hi kids! it's me, your favorite sexagenarian here to tell you that when I was a kid we taxed the shit out of the wealthy and not only did we have money to build bridges and schools and moon rockets, rich people still had plenty of money left over to spend on rich people bullshit

They call him the greatest footballer to never play a game: Carlos Henrique Raposo, aka Kaiser. The Brazilian had a glittering career in the 70s and 80s... without playing a single match. From crooked dentists to gun-wielding gangsters, meet football's finest conman...

In 1994 @thecharlatans accountant stole £300k from us and had faked our taxes for 7 years. We ended up owing £1.9Million. We didn’t earn money from any of our gigs for the next 10 years. He went to prison. Now let’s see what happens to those PPE fraudsters who stole from us all

I hate to break it to you, @elonmusk But a company choosing not to advertise on your platform is actually a perfect example of… Wait for it… Free speech.
Apple has mostly stopped advertising on Twitter. Do they hate free speech in America?

Today Israel demolished a primary school in Masafer Yatta that had 23 pupils and three teachers. This is part of a state effort to drive Palestinians out of the area by making their lives unbearable. Expelling residents is a war crime.

I put a fake planning notice on the lampposts on our street, saying the local school was closing and being turned into a migrant centre. The Whatsapp group went fucking mental.

Everyone went through the pandemic & goes through the war in Ukraine. Ireland is the best, UK worst performer… I wonder what’s the difference 🤔 Brexit and ONLY Brexit is devastating the British economy, depriving it of opportunities & destroying young Britons’ future! 🇪🇺🇬🇧

Definitely not 100% wrong. Dunning-Kruger definitely plays a role with Musk.
