Database performance is getting a lot better and speeds seem to be returning to normal. Stuff is like this is even more frustrating for us and we really appreciate your patience while we figure it out. Getting the site stable is our top priority.

We’re upgrading the database right now and adding double the capacity. Site will be unavailable during the upgrade and slow for a bit while the database rebuilds.

We’re looking into the timeout issues on the website and API. It appears to be related to some apps incorrectly syncing data. If you’re an app developer, please ensure your app correctly syncs data and handles error conditions.
