Best breakfast sandwich in #Ptbo by none other than @tragicallydippd! Not only do they conserve on waste by using donut dough that would have otherwise been thrown away, but it’s the yummiest crispiest eggiest sammy available if you’re up & trying to get to work before 9 am!

Prep day. Cleaning,shopping, reset the kitchen. making Boston cream filling, lemon curd, granola. As we slowly add things in I'm going to try and get more prep done for our week of donuting.

Why do some gluten free breads come in not resealable bags? If I'm paying 8$ for bread it would be nice to be able to have it fresh. yes i can put it in a freezer bag but that's not the point.
As a recent conesour of many flavors of Gatorade, this frost glacier cherry was my fav. Esp when used to chase apples spice neocitran or lemon.
Havnt been this sick in a minute. Was assuming covid but all negatives. I think I picked up the flu. 2 days of fluids and neocitran and advil so far.

With the insane price of flour (May 1.80 per kilo, Today usually 2.60 per kilo. I've seen a few sales but usually it's sold out and we havnt been able to get a supplier for our flour with stable pricing. Hopefully we have that problem solved switching to commercial sizes 20kg+.
